Irish Coffee Frappe

Ingredients:

• 7oz Ice
• 4oz Marcel’s Frappe Mix
• 1.5oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
• .25oz Caffe Borghetti Liqeur
• 2oz Caramel
• Marchel’s Heavy Whipping Cream

Procedure:

1. Fill a Mixing Tin with 7 oz ice and Pour 3 oz Frappe Mix over ice
2. Add 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey and 1 oz Caffe Borghetti Liqueur
3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
4. Using a Hawthorne strainer pour into Irish Coffee Mug
5. Place 2 oz  Marcel’s Heavy Whipping Cream and simple syrup into a whip cream dispenser – shake for 10 seconds.
6. Top with Marcels Heavy Whipping cream and caramel drizzle
